Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on volume, weight and delivery address and shown to you before completing the order.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Pallet prices include road toll and diesel surcharge.

We usually ship in-stock items the same or next working day. After dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking link.

We deliver to the following countries:
- Germany (all regions)
- Austria
- Switzerland
For deliveries to other countries please contact us at verpackungen@wolanski.de.
Returns
For returns within Germany we charge €5.90 per parcel. In the event of a defective or incorrect delivery we cover the return costs.
Please register returns in advance by email at verpackungen@wolanski.de.
Damaged delivery
Should your delivery arrive damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
